Starting the month off strong, Oceanhouse Media has introduced two new omBooks, Just Go to Bed and Trucks, as well as recently enhanced an the few years old holiday story, The Berenstain Bears Give Thanks.
It appears that the release of the Dr. Seuss Bookshelf by Oceanhouse Media was a success as the dominant provider of children's books in the App Store has launched an organizer for all other omBooks, the OM Bookshelf.
Oceanhouse Media has partnered with more than a dozen publishers to convert nearly 130 books into enjoyable and convenient omBook apps. Of those, 33, or a little over 25 percent, are Dr. Seuss titles. Due to that significant percentage and the author's legendary status, Oceanhouse has created the Dr. Seuss Bookshelf app.
It was 50 years ago this month that Dr. Seuss’s Sleep Book was published, an era that also included Seuss classics such as Hop on Pop and Fox In Socks. Now, thanks to Oceanhouse Media, this beloved children's story shall have several dozen more in the form of an omBook.
Joining the virtual bookshelf with omBooks like Penguin's Family, Ladybug at Orchard Avenue, and Otter on His Own, Alligator at Saw Grass Road is another educating and entertaining title from the Smithsonian Backyard Collection.
